Graham Packaging Fills 780,000-Square-Foot Building Off I-83 in York County
YORK, PA (Feb. 25, 2020) – York-based Kinsley Properties has finalized a lease deal for the Graham Packaging Company to fill the remaining square footage at a new distribution center off Interstate 83 in York County.
Occupying 374,254 square feet, Graham Packaging joins Schindler Elevator Corporation in the building at 700 Canal Road in East Manchester Township. The 780,000-square-foot distribution center, completed in 2019, is part of the Orchard Business Park Phase II.
“Tenant demand remains strong for modern warehouse distribution properties. Newer and larger buildings incorporate building features that create improved user efficiencies, ” said Timothy Kinsley, President of Kinsley Properties. “We are excited to get this facility fully leased and move into the next stage of development.”
Kinsley Properties, a Mid-Atlantic leader in commercial real estate development, is planning to begin development of a second 175,000-square-foot building this spring. Kinsley Construction Inc. will oversee construction of the industrial flex property, which is available for light manufacturing and warehouse distribution.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Gerry Blinebury and Allie Rank are the listing brokers on the property. The Harrisburg industrial team represented Kinsley Properties in tenant leasing for the first building.
