The York-based company recently hired Kevin Snelbaker as chief financial officer. He succeeds longtime CFO Dan Driver, who has been named to the role of executive vice president.
As Kinsley Properties pursues growth, Kevin Snelbaker will lead the company’s financial management within the executive team. Dan Driver will continue to work with company leaders in developing organizational strategies in support of expected annual growth.
With nearly four decades of experience, Kinsley Properties remains committed to expanding its current operations in Central Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington D.C. and adjacent regions.

More about Kevin Snelbaker: Kevin joins Kinsley Properties after a 25-year career in commercial real estate for several banks. He most recently served as senior vice president and business services officer for BB&T Bank, where he oversaw a loan portfolio of some of the largest and most complex real estate projects in southcentral Pennsylvania. He is a 1991 graduate of Penn State University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in quantitative business analysis. He also holds an MBA in finance from York College.
More about Dan Driver: Dan has held the CFO position at Kinsley Properties for 27 years. He is a trusted adviser and leader who has helped shape and grow the organization throughout its history. As the company’s new executive vice president, Dan will continue his financial leadership responsibilities and work with new leaders in developing the company’s strategies for ongoing growth.
