Property Maintenance

Speed and planning are the two key elements to proper facility maintenance. Kinsley Properties spends a great deal of time planning out maintenance programs by completing comprehensive facility inspections annually to identify and fix small issues before they become large ones. Sprinkler and fire alarm systems are routinely checked and run per the requirements of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 25. All of our sites are inspected on a regular basis to ensure stormwater and other on-site property elements are functioning properly. Yearly service contracts we create with defined scopes of work to ensure best prices are being received from contractors bidding on maintenance activities. All of these programs are in place to keep maintenance cost in check, to meet municipal and insurance regulations, and to keep facilities functioning properly throughout the year. This helps us manage Common Area Maintenance or CAM costs for our clients, and also grants us the opportunity and ability to explain in detail the services they are receiving and paying for. To expand on this further, we acknowledge and understand that emergencies can and do occur, and our team has that and you covered.

Kinsley Properties has a full-time maintenance service and dispatch team. Our team has decades of industry experience and is ready and available to respond to any emergency that occurs 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Our after hours on call service has our clients talking directly to a Kinsley Properties employee who is going to be the person responding to the call. We do not believe in sending our clients to a call center to talk to someone who is not equipped with the resources and knowledge to solve the problem. We have very positive relationships with specialty contractors and have a list of trusted partners that are also available 24/7 to assist with solving the more complex maintenance issues and emergencies that can occur. We understand that getting a facility repair done quickly and properly allows our clients to get back to their business, and we strive to do this as seamlessly as possible.
