- After the lease signing, Kinsley Properties’ team worked with Cotterman to provide space-planning and design services to create a functional manufacturing and office facility. Kinsley Properties also provided project management and construction services to complete the build-out of the facility and delivered the space on time to Cotterman to begin operations in November 2022.
