Phase 3 includes 144 new apartment units in Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County
YORK, PA (23 April 2021) – York-based commercial real estate developer Kinsley Properties has delivered the third and final phase of development on its luxury apartment community in Mechanicsburg, Union Flats.
The last phase of the Union Flats development in Cumberland County includes 144 apartment units across six new buildings. Now completed, the multifamily complex has 15 three-story apartment buildings with a total of 360 one- and two-bedroom units.

The multifamily complex has remained near full occupancy since its inception and leasing interest remains extremely high in phase three.
The apartments at Union Flats feature a modern design with 9-foot ceilings, upgraded flooring, granite countertops, kitchen island/breakfast bar, glass-top cooking range and Energy Star® stainless steel appliances. The bedrooms have large walk-in closets and wall-to-wall carpeting, and each unit has a full-size washer and dryer.
