David Boyle (Leadership)
As Controller, David manages a team that includes the assistant controller, project accountant, staff accountant, Jr. financial analyst and a team of six property accountants. His team is responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statement preparation, payroll, budgeting, reporting and year-end tax preparation. David is responsible for ensuring that all financial reporting is complete and accurate and in compliance with both internal and external reporting guidelines. He is also tasked with making sure that proper internal controls are in place and followed and that there are no deficiencies within the department. David started his career in public accounting and most recently worked for a real estate company in the Philadelphia area before joining Kinsley Properties in December 2022. David is a graduate of Kutztown University.
